January 25, 2020"I have a storage unit back home in New Jersey, I had to make a payment in person but I live in Indianapolis. I called the 24 hour hotline, they recommended me going to the closest Life Storage (Cincinnati OH.) when I got to the Cincinnati office, I was greeted by a very nice Lady named Lee and she helped me make the payment I needed. I honestly have to say this was the biggest highlight of my holiday season, after working twelve hour days, six days a week between two jobs and a broken phone, Lee made the 117 mile trip to Cincinnati worth it. She has great management skills, A wonderful personality and was very helpful and informative."
