Initially, there were issues (water intrusion, rodents); however, Management jumped right on the issues and remediated. I have been pleased with the service ever since and even rented another unit. Would recommend!

I use the life storage in Thomasville NC. The Lady that works in there was really helpful. She is so nice. Also the manager has worked with me for a long time. The place is nice and clean.

Great place to store your belongings climate controlled enclosed buildings really safe for anything of value gated entrance with code then code at unit building entrance then obviously key entrance unit so 3 types of security all for one safe and worth a lot more than what they charge excellent customer service

We needed assistance about our account at the location we've been at for years. Cassie, who was filling in at our location and has never met us before yesterday, was extremely helpful in resolving our issue. She went above and beyond for customers that are not at her facility, even following up with a phone call! If she helps customers in this manner at a location she is only filling in at imagine what she does for customers at her own location!!! VERY happy long-time customers!
