When checking in for my reservation I spoke with the manager Kevin to solve the small issue I had online, he was very kind, helpful,professional, & information on the facility. Once finished in the office he gave a tour to our unit and an easy way to remember how to get there. He showed how to open the unit. Once finished with the tour he reiterated the rules of the facility and showed us the way back out to our car

The staff has been friendly and the unit is good I have stored items there for about 5 months. Some frustrations though, after 3 months my rate went up $30/month ($150 with minor insurance) for a 10x10 which seems a little ridiculous. I have also been texted almost every month for another person's unit stating that my account is past due, which is not. My unit is on auto-pay and paid on time every month. I have asked them 4 or 5 times to remove my phone number from their account which they have assured me is done, but I just received another text this month!

Do not recommend unless you like having your rates changed. My rate increase by 30 dollars after "promo pricing" while I was told it would be that set amount. Instead of taking accountability and making it right they said oh well its in the agreement we can raise it as much as we want. Going to get my stuff out as soon as I can. The unit is small as it is, but charging almost $100 dollars for that unit is ridiculous. ***************** Update. I wanted to update my review because the guy in charge was nice and did what he could to give me the price I had before. I do hate that I was mislead to thinking my sign up price was permanent or longer than just two to three months, but unlike some companies he did what could to make this right so if you are reading this thank you.
