I have never had a better experience renting a storage unit. Made it super easy for me. I got a great deal. Mr Todd was hilarious, but Mr Maurice was ever funnier!! He knows how to get it done fast, efficient, and accurately. I lost my key, and he made it very easy for me to get access to my unit. I appreciate the service, the positive energy and attitudes and the grace shown for me making a huge mistake. Great Service! Don’t rent anywhere else but here!! You won’t regret it!

Clean place. VERY friendly people working there. The only problem I have with the place is the variable rate. You buy for one rate, but it can change at any time based on demand in your area. I would like to see a rate that lasts for a year. I know rates change, but not knowing when or how much is not good for customers.

Registration went well on 09/01/2023 the gentleman at the front desk was great. Today 09/05/2023 at 8:20p I went to Life Storage and there was no lighting at all in the area where you park and unload extremely frightening. I was going too notify the office in the am then I received this survey. Hoping this issue is resolved immediately.
