I have had a pleasant experience with the staff until now. I utilize my unit for work. It requires me to try on different outfits and modify them accordingly. I usually bring, and take stuff on a regular basis, I also edit videos on my computer so essentially it serves as an office at times. I have four children at home which is a few block away from the unit and I LOVE the peace and quiet I get there soon spend a considerable amount of time there. I usually keep the door to unit halfway shut but it always falls completely down so I leave it because I like the privacy. This morning I took my eye prescription while I was there and is causes my vision to blur for about 10 minutes so I just layed on the couch I have in the unit and an employee proceeds to open my unit. I say “hello” and he responds by saying I can’t sleep in the unit. I respond to him by saying, I’m not sleeping and he says well your unit doesn’t have a lock. I say “because im in it” and he walks off. I found the whole interaction bazaar and uncalled for. Had he opened my unit while I was changing this would be a very different conversation and my husband would be the one having it personally. I can understand checking a unit that is unlocked but to proceed in the manner he did was tasteless.

The facility is clean and the on-site team is efficient. I was sold a unit at one price but it increased $50 after the first month hence the 4-star review. I wish I would’ve been guaranteed my rate for a longer period. That experience felt like a bait and switch. Okay with the ease of access and communication beyond that!
