"Haven't even been here a year before they raised our monthly fees by $30 and when we questioned them on why, we received the up most disrespectful tone and response from them and were essentially told that we could either deal with it or find somewhere else to go. "I had the pleasure of working with Mike today. All I can say is that he totally went over and beyond for me. It was right after the snow storm we had and I was trying to get into my locker but couldnt. He saw me trying to shovel my way into the locker on camera so came out and took the time to help me in the freezing cold until he was able to get my storage unit open. I told him I need access to my storage unit daily because I am a pharmaceutical rep and he said I should have my storage unit inside not outside. When I first came to sign up for my storage unit I had no option of inside or outside it was just outside so I didnt even know the inside storage units were an option. I am assuming because they just didnt have any availability. So Mike was very kind and was able to switch everything around for me to have my storage unit inside rather than outside and potentially worrying about dealing with the weather on a day to day bases. Not only this but he also saved me money. I was so thankful for his help I didnt mind paying the extra $25 a month just because he had to put up with me. Heck he even offered to help move my stuff from one storage unit to another. I have to say I have worked in customer service all my life and Mike here is the definition of what customer service is and should be. You do not come across many people who do what Mike did for me. I am so thankful and I hope he is recognized as an employee. If there is anything else I can do to ensure he gets recognized please let me know.

"raising rent without discussing or negotiating with the tenants is not welcoming or easy to budget. However, the patience shown while redistributing funds in order to come up with the extra monthly cost has been very kind and professional. Very courteous employees and wonderful facilities. Outdoors could be better lit at night and motion lights could stay on just a tad longer in the main building on upper levels, or have more sensors, Not just one at end of hallway. If the lights go out and your space is in the middle, it is a very long dark walk back to the sensor to turn them back on. Thank you. "
