The rep I spoke with when I opened my account was very helpful. All the information he gave me was correct. When I arrived after hours, I found the facility to be really clean all around. There is a lot of space for unloading, as well as private exterior space for cars. The unit was in perfect condition and a new, sealed packet with a lock and instructions was waiting for me. I think this is the nicest storage space I have ever had (and I have had three in Manhattan, and two in Brooklyn).
