"Not 24 hrs . I'm sitting in front of a gate 1 hour after they close and called a number listed on the gate. Woman answered and informed me that I need id shown? She asked for the last four digits of my social security number but that wasn't enough. She said she would email manger and he would then call me. How I am going to show id to a manger that isn't on site is going to be tough."

"I’ve had a storage unit here for a few years. Really great place, the guys go out of their way to help you out. After a heavy snow and ice event I couldn’t get into my unit and my snowshoes were inside! They came with salt and an ax to get it open for me."

"This location has the absolute best customer service. Me and my family have used our storage unit for 5 years and have never had an issue accessing the securely locked gates after hours. There's always a friendly smile during working hours. If you call and they're on another call, someone will call you back within minutes. Nick will provide you with local information for whatever you may need for your moving or even junk needs. Cannot recommend them enough!!"

"This is my second time using this facility in the past 10 years. It operated under a different name on my first stint. But management is the same. They go above and beyond. It was nice to see the familiar face of Nick when I started my rental agreement yesterday. There was a technical issue when I was reserving my unit because my screen timed out in the payment screen. Nick went out of his way keep me involved and ultimately the problem was fixed. I personally am of the opinion that the rate for Self Storage right now out of control. But they are in the middle of the road as far as pricing so I would have to say fair market value. 24-hour access is nice with the gate code. All in all... would definitely recommend it"

I stopped by the location in Mahopac and explained the situation to Nick at the counter. He couldn't have been more helpful! He had a great personality and was very friendly! He helped me obtain another storage unit that would better suit my needs. He took the time to show me the new storage space, how to ensure the door is truly locked because it can be deceiving, the best way to access my storage space, and where the access key pads were for entering and leaving the facility. Glad I went and resolved the issue in person!!!"

We have just noticed that all of our furniture (dining room table, chairs, childrens bedroom set, toy chest, bookcase, couches) in the unit is full of mold and they wanted to reimburse us $400.00 for the claim."

"I'm not sure how this place has such great reviews but I will credit that to Nick and the other employees who are very pleasant to work with. With that said, the establishment itself does not warrant above a 2 star review from me. Before I provide my personal experience I want to note that there's a $5 charge to make a payment over the phone. What a ripoff and inconvience. I had multiple units in this place and needed another short term. I used them because they offered me a free truck with a ramp though it turned out there was no ramp which really screwed me and they wouldn't give me my money back on the unit. They also were suppose to give me an outside unit, but instead gave me a barely accessible inside unit. In the end I had to rent an expensive truck and pay people to help me get my large appliance through the tiny halls into the unit. As a result, I asked management if they could provide me the free truck upon move out instead and they denied me such a simple request after causing me such inconvenience. I also mistakingly thought my bill was due 1 month after the move in date rather than the 1st of the month (bills were sent to my Fathers address so I didn't receive it) which resulted in a large late fee that they wouldn't help me with either. It was the only late fee I've had with them and between my Father and I we had 3 units, this being the 4th. I can't stand greedy and incompetent businesses like this and they will not receive anymore of my business. Thanks to Nick for doing everything he could but his management would not allow him to provide the service that he is very capable of providing"
