"Dawn was very efficient in helping rent out space that would Asheville engorging room for my belongings as I wasn’t sure . She showed me around the facility so I knew where to go and different entrances to move my stuff in . She was super fast and explained everything to me . Overall she was friendly and helpful ."

I Was able to access their site from my mobile, search storage locations and spaces available, see open specials, book,pay and access the unit all within 10 mins. Would have been 5 stars but there was one surprise, if disclosed it was not easy to see, a new style cylinder lock in the unit, I was essentially forced to use it, no price info, just that it will be added to the bill, I have never seen one before, and ordering it online from an Amazon type place won't work as you have to lock it when you leave."

"I would like access to a vacuum cleaner/shop vac. I cleaned my unit last month and was given a manual sweeper which didn't work very well.
Also, the storage unit overhead doors need to be cleaned once in a while (wiped down, maybe twice a year) They're very dusty/dirty and many times when I visit my storage unit I am dressed for work. I have been wiping it down...but, that requires me to bring cleaning supplies and quite honestly I think that should be maintained by Uncle Bob's [Life Storage]."
