"My family and I went to life storage yesterday to het some info about storage because we need storage and we never used it before. We knew absolutely nothing about storage. The young lady at the front desk with the beautiful smile Nashae helped us immediately. She knew exactly what she was talking about and showed us various spaces to ensure which size we would need. She even showed us in between sizes of the standard sizes they have available. The facility was very clean, and the office smelt really good! We didnt rent yet because we need confirmation from my brother but when we are ready this is our number one choice! I felt very welcomed and I know my stuff will be safe here at life storage! It took me awhile to find it, coming from Long Island; but I had to make that (very large) payment right away!
Blowing in the place, like the wind; I was very anxious from the long and tedious travel to get there ... I was very short of breath; and the very first person I saw was a young lady, who asked, how I can I help you? I answered her, with uncertainty of where I was...
A very kind & most professional gentleman, must have sensed my fright; because he immediately, answered; his tone so calming, courteous, friendly and warm . . . that I was immediately put at ease . . .
The sound of his voice was so reassuring that I felt, Thank God!
That particular day had been sheer madness for me!
I was racing from one place to another; gathering funds; then liquidating funds from paper to cash; depending on public transit to get me there on time before they closed!&
I was literally exhausted, when a Mr. Robert; (who is the Mgr of this location) spoke to me. Somehow, he must have sensed my urgency to get my payment completed, because every word was calming me, helping me to release all the frustration of that day.
I just want Life Storage to know that this man; with his acute demeanor and professionalism is priceless!&
He actually handled me and my problem; in such a way, that I felt completely secure in his handling my large sums of money and also made me assured that everything would be okay; (frankly, up until I met him; that day had been a complete nightmare. . .

"I was concerned about choosing the right storage facility - safety, professionalism, and building integrity were all important. I ultimately chose this location because of all the 5-star reviews on Google, and so far it has lived up to my expectations. One thing I didn't know was that this facility opened just last September, so all of the reviews are still relatively new. Hopefully they'll withstand the test of time!
The facility seems safe (cameras everywhere), professional (attention to detail, patience, politeness), and the building was newly constructed last fall.
Na-shae was very helpful and patient - I'd never done this before, and had a lot of questions. I was concerned at first that the storage unit was smaller than I'd thought - all the sizes are "approximate" - but Na-shae walked me around and let me look at other units of the same price, and I picked one that looked bigger. She even gave me a band-aid for a moving-induced cut!
The two movers I'd brought expertly fitted everything in (On Time Movers also rock) and there was room to spare. I *would* bring a measuring tape when you visit, just to check for yourself."
