The storage facility itself is nice. Very strong air conditioning. Spacious elevators. We had a unit in the basement (SC level). Issue with that is there’s no reception down there. Not sure about the upper floors. Unfortunately something unpleasant happened on our last day- We went to clear our locker. Took the cart in to remove our storage bags. Went smoothly. During our lunch break, someone from the facility called to accuse us of leaving “debris” on the storage floor. She said we were the only ones who accessed the lower floor so it had to be us who left a mess. Told the lady on the phone it’s not us. She should check the cameras. Later we stopped by the office and the lady said it wasn’t us who made a mess. Great! Why didn’t she check the camera before calling us with the accusations? Very unprofessional! Glad we’re moving to another storage facility.
