"At first, I was a bit skeptical when Life Storage took over Extra Space, but I have to admit that after meeting Angela, she changed my skeptism instantly. She treated my mom and myself not only in a professional manner but she also was very empathetic, compassionate, informative, and understanding. I wish customer service everywhere would be as great as the service she provided. I honestly would recommend this storage unit just off the basis of her presence alone.
