I stopped in Life Storage in East Windsor to inquire about a unit. Customer Service Representative Evan was polite, informative, explained the process and provided a tour of the facility. Due to his attentiveness I decided to rent at this location. I originally spike with Ms. Julie and she also represented Life Storage in a manner that provided me with specifics about the location that guided me back to follow up, which lead to a rental.. Extremely convienent location. The grounds are clean and clutter free. The restroom has always been well manintained.

Evan and Alice were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped me with a unit that was just right for my short-term needs and helped me stretch my limited dollars with a senior discount and by letting me use a lock someone had left with them, instead of having to buy one. If the rest of my experience w them is half as good as the move in, it will be great.

Getting set up with the storage space was quick and easy. They keep the buildings and grounds very clean. My only complaint is that my unit is far from the elevator and you have to go through two doors to get to it. When you have furniture on a dolly, that is a challenge.
