I recently transferred my storage unit from another facility to this one. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by John, who not only provided exceptional assistance but also demonstrated honesty and sincerity in providing me with comprehensive information about the facility. In many instances, when inquiring about a potential purchase or rental, staff members tend to focus solely on "selling" their facility. However, John's transparency in addressing all my inquiries was greatly valued. He facilitated a tour of the available units and the facility, ensuring that I felt secure visiting the premises alone, even at night if necessary. The facility boasts impeccable cleanliness, excellent lighting, and climate-controlled units. Additionally, it features convenient amenities such as an elevator and drive-up loading/unloading areas. Every aspect of the facility, from the units to the parking lot, exudes cleanliness. John collaborated with me to streamline the transition from my previous storage unit location to this one, going above and beyond to provide assistance and, most importantly, honesty. I had no grievances with my previous storage facility, aside from the absence of an elevator, and I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the relocation process turned out to be. Having previously been a patron of another Extra Space Storage facility and having had a positive experience, I was delighted to discover that this facility is also affiliated with Extra Space Storage. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking storage solutions. As a woman, I feel confident in stating that I can visit this facility alone at night without concerns for my safety. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to John for his exceptional service and look forward to continued rental at this facility.

We had a fantastic experience with Life Storage. We worked with John who was very professional, accommodating and understanding. He went above and beyond to assist us. There was something that would have been a huge inconvenience to my husband and I and John offered us something special that wasn't typically available to customers. He was exceptional and went above and beyond for us in a way I have not experienced in working with any other storage company. We are very grateful and truly appreciate his dedication and helpfulness. Highly recommend this place for their outstanding customer service!

I have had NOTHING but the BEST experience and received the BEST service from the staff/team at Life Storage #741. I have been using them for several years and have never had a problem at all!! Even with the transition to Extra Space storage, the newest Manager on the team John has been truly a joy and pleasure to work with!! He has been super kind and patient during my process of moving out suddenly! In such a short time of getting to know him he has been wonderful to work with!! Evan has also been truly patient and great to work with!! Evan has been excellent with working with me for a few years now and has been consistent and kind the entire time. I would recommend this location to ANYBODY!!

I stopped in Life Storage in East Windsor to inquire about a unit. Customer Service Representative Evan was polite, informative, explained the process and provided a tour of the facility. Due to his attentiveness I decided to rent at this location. I originally spike with Ms. Julie and she also represented Life Storage in a manner that provided me with specifics about the location that guided me back to follow up, which lead to a rental.. Extremely convienent location. The grounds are clean and clutter free. The restroom has always been well manintained.

We have a very good experience with Life Storage over the 4 years since we parked household items there. The management there is excellent. John is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They have worked with us over the years for various size spaces. All the lockers worked well with good doors and were clean and dry. Everything you would want in a storage company!
