Reviews are not my thing, but when someone goes above and beyond, I try to give back. I’ve had my unit for almost 6 months and have only been in once until today. Without my asking, Mike (Asst Mgr?) saw me struggling and came out to my car, offering to help. He lifted them out of my car and onto a cart, and even unloaded for me. He was very kind and upbeat during the walk to my unit. Made me laugh and forget about the terrible work day I had just finished. Great customer service! Definitely recommending to my neighbors.

Extremely happy with the initial phone call with the customer service rep, Jillian and also our first in -person visit with Sharon, Manager of the facility. Process was excellent, very easy and pricing extremely reasonable in comparison to other local places. Very happy with the decision to utilize the Boonton location!
