I've had my unit with life storage for over a year and a half and I've had a very good experience with them since the very beginning. I'm in the process of moving my stuff out of storage now and Darcy V has been very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my unit contract, billing, & payment information.

The renting process was all done online and was really easy to navigate and go through. Within a few minutes I had reserved a unit along with the access code to get in the property. When I arrived there, and following the instructions given to me online, I was able to drive in and access my unit. All this was done without having to report to the front office for any additional process to check in; the office wouldn't be open for another couple of hours, anyways. It was that easy and quite efficient! The property itself is well maintained and the units are clean with no weird, musty odor in the air like the storage unit I had rented for years. The area my unit is in is also climate controlled. I originally rented a 5x10 unit but quickly found out after a month that I needed to move into a bigger unit. I used the chat on the Life Storage site and they answered a couple of my questions regarding upgrading to a bigger unit. They then instructed me to go to the office to handle and process the upgrade. Darcy, the property manager, was very friendly and patiently listened while I explained my request for an upgrade. She handled things quickly, professionally, and always with a smile. She took her time with me to explore all of the options possible to get me in the unit I was wanting while getting the best deal with the least amount of processing paperwork as possible. And she went over everything with me thoroughly so I knew exactly what fees and price I would be expected to pay for the upgrade. I was able to move my belongings from the old unit to the new unit that same day! Darcy went above and beyond with some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. Great experience dealing with Life Storage and Darcy. Definitely recommend!

Look here ?? if you need a place to store that extra stuff that you need to go through but just can’t seem to find the time. Well, look no farther because since I been with Life Storage now got a new name but same great staff including Ms. Darcy you will always be in GREAT HANDS! The reminders, the courtesy and just that beautiful “hey darling” makes what might be a bad day for me make a smile ?? come over my face!!!! A+ service and staff!!!!

Had a great experience renting here! We had an interior, air conditioned unit and moved to an outdoor one for a short time. Darcy provides excellent customer service! Everything was seamless from move-in to move-out.
