Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I had to change over to another Life Storage facility that was closer to where I was living. Store Manager, Virginia Bradshaw, and her Assistant, Blanca Herrera, were so helpful and kind. Virginia was incredibly understanding of my situation and flexible with my move. "Dishonest business. After storing my stuff at this location for over two years I was told my account would be terminated and I needed to have everything out within a week. I was charged for the ENTIRE month despite the fact I had to move everything out by the 8th. When I explained this to the store manager she said, Its only $74 and that they do not prorate. It came off as very rude and unsympathetic towards the fact it takes time to unexpectedly move the contents of my unit."
