"I ordered original unit online (a super easy process by the way!) but the unit i ordered was way too small. I went to the office and explained my situation and they were so nice and immediately found me a larger unit and had me back on the unload in a matter of minutes!"

"I arrived 10 minutes before the facility was scheduled to close but you would think I arrived early. They took their time to make sure I understood everything and even showed me how to open the storage compartment I was going to use. Excellent service and I have never seen any place so clean-no dust or debris anywhere."

"Carl was great. My first time renting a storage unit. Only issue and it was not Carl’s problem but a problem with the computer that required help desk. After about 30 minutes I left and cane back. Carl was awesome"
