Called in asking a couple a questions about renting out a space and PJ was able to quickly accommodate me and set me up with a walk through a couple minutes later. PJ made everything quick, easy, and convenient. We will definitely keep storing here every winter for the foreseeable future!

Having toured the Life Storage in Inver Grove Heights before reserving a space, I knew right away that I wanted to select this facility to store my belongings. The buildings and grounds are exceptionally clean inside and out and well laid out logistically. I received top notch customer service from Raquel and PJ during the process of setting up my storage account. They were extremely professional, well versed in policy and procedure, and were customer focused. It was a pleasure working with both of them. Their website is user friendly. You can often find special rates on a variety of storage dimensions.
