"I first started storing my items here about a month before the changeover from the prior company to LifeStorage occurred. In that month, I went to the storage space (after the main office had closed) and saw drug deals going down and people living inside the storage spaces. Needless to say, I made sure to keep my visits limited to when the main office was open. I only stayed because the location is about 5 minutes from my place and the rates were significantly less than what I was paying at another storage unit about 25 minutes away. Once Jessica came in, this place was flipped upside down…and in a good way. Jessica is much more friendly than the prior manager, and you can tell she takes pride in her job. She keeps place immaculate, and let’s just say I no longer need to worry about stepping on a syringe or getting accosted by someone (because they feel they own the building since they’re illegally living in their storage unit). I did notice a bit of an increase in the price of my unit. Because of this, I would be lying if I said I didn’t go looking at other storage units in the area. I did, and found all of them to either be charging similar prices (many charging more) for the same size unit. Many of these places also made me feel like I would have to limit my visits to when the main office es open because it looked like they would immediately turn into drug dens/shelters the moment the main office closed. I can’t recommend this place enough. Although you may find a lower price elsewhere, you’re not going to find a storage unit facility run as well as Jessica runs this one."
