A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"Agent was professional and efficient in sign up. Unit was clean, except for a stain on the concrete floor. Did not like the fact that the internet sign up did not disclose that I would be charged a "Move-In" fee and be forced to pay insurance and purchase your lock. This is false advertising and probably illegal. The Email I received indicated that it would cost $78.00 to move in. Final charges after forced insurance and lock purchase were $110.29.
That is 42% more than my conformation Email indicated. Who knows what future charges LS will hit me with!?"
"Taking 2 stars off for being charged for a lock I didn't need to purchase. Brought an ABUS 20/70 lock with me, which I told the manager, Crystal, that I leased storage space from that day, but she didn't seem to listen.
I was told that a lock was "part of the package", but I was charged ~$17.00 for a lock (it wasn't part of the package). An ABUS 20/70 is a far superior lock than the lock that I was deceptively sold.
I also didn't like how I was pressured to sign contracts without really being given a chance to read the terms. I'm trying to lease storage space--not sign up for a gym membership. Minus 1 star.
Location is convenient, facility is clean, and seems to be a safe place to store my items. Canceling lease seemed to be an easy process and was explained well enough. However, this Life Storage location seems to engage in deceptive and misleading sales tactics--so watch yourself. 2 stars."

My first month was not free and they won’t give me a credit for it because they said I picked the second floor. I never picked it they just assigned it to me."

"I would have definitely given five stars but I just can't bring myself to do that. My only complaint (something I was well aware of, before I got the place but didn't think it would ever be an issue for me) is that it's closed to everyone between the hours of 10 pm. and 6 am. I never thought I'd want or need to get to my stuff in storage, between these hours but I have been wrong before. I keep needing to get in there but usually late at night, after it's already locked up (even to goodstanding customers) after 10 pm. Aside from that one small issue, this place is great! "First off, I rented my unit through the online service and got it for FREE for the first month! So that was amazing to begin with. A few hours after I made my purchase, the store associate CALLED ME! Dee was her name, she called ME to ask if I needed anything and so on, also! I reserved a unit that was way too small for my belongings, but that was not an issue. Dee was able to switch me right over to a bigger one! To top off the amazing customer service, the building is very clean and organized, getting to my unit (which is located on the 2nd floor) was a breeze! There were carts available, the parking was fantastic, and the security is also A-1! So I can rest assure that my property will be safe there. It was all around a great experience, with this being my first time using a storage, Dee made sure to make it an awesome time.
Side note: when I first arrived Dee was out on the grounds showing someone a unit, but there was another associate that was visiting on her off day, she too was loading things into her own unit, but she was more than happy to show me to my unit! I didn’t get her name but she was great as well. I definitely recommend life storage!!"
