A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"Employees smoke right outside of the entrance doors. You can’t enter and exit in fresh air while moving your things. You’re not supposed to smoke that close to entrances to any facility. This business should know better. I called the 24hr line and no one answers. I just made a load to my car. Now I can’t go back upstairs to double check my lock. They must close at 9, which is nowhere in my lease agreement. I just looked. I’ve been on hold for over 15 mins and I can’t figure out what to do. Smh."

"Access is limited when loading/unloading due to narrow egress for vehicles to pass. If one person is unloading, the second must park in a way that blocks rented storage spaces on the first level.
