"Staff friendly and knowledgeable about property. Joseph was able to help me avoid renting a unit with a 36 inch door and instead found a unit with the standard 120 inch door. Call center was unaware of the issue as the unit shows a 120 inch wide door in system. Would be nice to have 24 hour access to units, currently 6 am - 9 pm."

The whole place is very clean. the security is very good with camaras everywhere and they provide the locks. I really liked how clean the storage units where. Highly recommend Life Storage."

"I wish I could give zero stars. This is absolutely ridiculous. As a potential customer who has heard nothing but good things about Life Storage I am sorely disappointed with the call center and on-site management (KENNETH DIGIOVANNI JR). I looked up this location (CAPITOL CT) and called to inquire about pricing. I was AUTOMATICALLY routed to a call center. Where I was quoted $44 (discounted with the first month free) upon arrival to rent the unit. Once I arrived WITH MY ITEMS prepared to unload, I was then quoted almost $20 more by the store manager. I politely told him I already have a reservation for $44. He told me I was quoted a wrong price and that he wouldn't honor my reservation. He also added that I HAD to pay for THEIR lock which was $16, when I was told by the call center I could bring a lock of my choosing and all additional purchases on site were 20% off. He refuses to honor anything told to me by the call center. I'm furious at his poor customer service and apathetic attitude. Not one time did he apologize for the inconvenience or miscommunication on their part. I'm disgusted and need rectification ASAP!"

"Today I found my huge painting that I'd apparently left in the hallway when I went to rearrange things in my storage locker a week ago! It's thanks to Joseph Vosberg, an employee at this facility, who had placed the painting on the list of lost items and then put it in the safe locker of Life Storage until claimed by the owner: me! He was so kind. And thank goodness I have my painting back in the locker! Stress makes you do weird things, doesn't it? Joseph told me that people leave all sorts of things behind as they're preoccupied, including, for example, a flat screen TV (or a painting). All's well that ends well, Shakespeare."

This place, Life Storage #8018 at 7831 Capital Court has been the most well managed and located one I have ever used. Kenny has been there and helped me from the first day ten months ago.
