I went there Sunday afternoon , I needed to move stuff into a storage unit before winter came & it gets too cold. Roadie Ric was working , he helped me find exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to get me a cart , he was so funny & kind . I recommend Life Storage in New Lenox 1000% , super clean & I love how safe I felt with the security gates .

This is my first time renting here. Aidan was excellent to work with and very informative on my options. He also worked to find the best value for me. Definitely will rent again from here in the future. Very clean facilities and a lot of cameras made me feel safe about leaving my property here.
