While the people that work here might be great the company that owns it now is not. Their new contract states a month to month lease and they can change the rate with 30 day notice. My last increase under the old contract was 20%. I am out of here, other places in the area have better rates. I have been here for 8 years and I am glad to be gone. Just got what would be my rate. 17% increase. That is insane. No other place increases sheds that high. The worse part is the new contract states they can increase with a 30 day notice. I am sorry, this is not acceptable!
