I've had storage at the Lake Zurich site for several months. I recently had a problem with the door being difficult to raise and at one point the door stuck open and I couldn't close it. Laura immediately called for service and the door was repaired very quickly. Really great customer service!

Great place, clean, fair price, an honest deal. Very happy with the front desk, a real pleasure to work with! I have two units here, and am a happy camper. I highly recommend Life Storage in Lake Zurich! Again I cannot recommend the place highly enough, especially the efforts of the people at the front desk. I have been a customer for 4.5 years, and I have always appreciated the efforts of people at Life Storage over the years. I opened a second unit at this particular location for this very reason. I rent a small climate controlled unit at their LZ 60047 location. I'm pleased so far.My items stay clean no dust.The manager name is Laura.Very nice and a pleasure to work with.Definitely a location I would reccomend!
