"So wanted to give this place 0 stars but I can't!!!This is by far the worst place to store anything! The building is filthy in the inside bathroom is always unsanitary! Floors aren't cleaned and it's not climate controlled in my opinion!
I called about my a change in my payment! And Chantelle really didn't know why to the reason she first suggested it was an insurance change, I'm like I thinks not, you pay your bill late, I definitely do that's how I know I'm use to paying 122.00 she then tells me a increase took place in October ? I ask you don't sent out letter, no not if we have a email on file, I then said why not ppl don't check their emails your company sucks! How when I paid it and I pains 98 dollars so explain to me??? Made me question your Company has been getting over on me if my unit is 98 I pay a 122 bill where's the 2 dollars I been paying extra????"

"Your people have been great from the first moment I came in contact with the national representative to the people at my unit. The use of the van included in my cost was great.
My only concern is that the side door on the unit is often open when I have visited. I don't think it shuts well. I don't think that people are leaving it open on purpose. The unit is not in the best neighborhood, so it concerns me."
