"I am currently in the process of moving between homes and needed some temporary storage, so I decided to check out this location and inquire about their prices. Lisa was very pleasant, courteous, and explained everything to me in detail so that I would not be surprised by any hidden fees or anything like that. Not only did she give me a tour to find a properly sized unit, the prices were very affordable, and she walked me through every step necessary to the point that I had everything signed and paid for in under an hour from start to finish. Lisa even showed me how to enter my gate code to verify it was working and walked me to my new storage unit to show me where it was despite it being past her time to take her lunch break. The facility is very clean, offers free to use rolling carts to put your items on and wheel down to your unit, there are bathrooms on site for customer use, and I am very satisfied with the staff and facility. I would highly recommend this location for anyone seeking storage needs."

I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands. If anybody is moving and can not decide where to go, I would definitely check out this location; it is worth it!!! I will definitely use them in the future for all moving needs. "Everything about dealing with this company has been plesant and easy. I had never gotten a storage locker before and the process was so easy I was shocked. I think it took less than 20 minutes. Also, all of the staff have been very friendly, helpful and plesant to deal with. The person who initially helped me was so great. I think she was the manager. The facility is very clean and secure. There are numerous cameras and I felt that my belongings were very safe. They also have carts to help move. When I didn't need my locker anymore the process was so easy. The person who I spoke with sent me an email link to vacate the locker. He was really friendly, and ontop of things. I think the process took about 5 min or less. Thank you Life Storage people. You were great at a time when I really needed you."

They have many different size options and drive-up units. Some units are climate controlled as well. Convenient location. You can purchase things like moving boxes, tape and other necessities in the office on site, as well. At the time we rented our unit they were offering 20% those items for the first 2 weeks."

They helped walk through and consider, size of storage units, if I need a main aisle unit vs a hall access unit and how to use the locks, keypads, etc. I am very impressed how clean and secure the property is. Overall, a great experience. The ceilings are very high in the 10x20, 10x25 units that we looked at. If you can store your assets vertically there is a lot of space.
