Customer Experience was good. Facility had no bad odor and clean. I didn't have a problem finding a cart to unpack my items!

The manager Joshua was so pleasant and accomodating through the entire process of renting a storage unit. He took his time to show me where the unit was and how to use the keys. Since I was not familiar with the new keys. He also discussed all paperwork and finances with me. He made sure that I was happy. It is always important to me to have nice warm and kind people in the front office to greet you. Very nice It meant alot. Thanks for caring about how people are treated. Kindness and caring about others goes a long way.
