Excellent Customer Service! Trevor Stephens was patient and kind with me over the weekend when I had a lot of questions about my account. Once I got things sorted out today 12/04/2023, Trevor & Mac Paterson were very friendly and extremely helpful with getting my storage account together and helping me with my storage unit. It’s very hard to find good customer service now a days. I am satisfied and they helped Life Storage keep a customer.

We need storage for some restaurant tables & chairs so I choose Life Storage in Roswell picked my unit online paid with some phone assistance… then done . Drove over to the front desk & was greeted by Mr. Mac Paterson what a genially good guy help me set up, walked me to gate to make sure all was in order then showed me our space. I'm new to the area so I asked about restaurants, wild animals in the area and he answered everything. It’s always good to get great service but personalized attention is golden . So hat off to Life Storage & a real appreciation to Mac. Thank you ??????????

We had our storage for 12 years and finally today we were able to empty for the move out. We still have 1 inside unit and 1 outside unit for our business. We appreciate Mac because he is so very helpful with all our needs!
