Jen and Yvonne are awesome! They are a combination of total professionals but yet make me feel like they know me...that they even like to see me. I rented space at that facility when it was under different management, and Jen and Yvonne are a HUGE(!) improvement!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Life Storage, all thanks to Yvonne, an incredible staff member who went above and beyond to assist me. I found myself in a bit of a bind when I lost the key to my storage unit lock. This could have been a significant inconvenience, but Yvonne stepped in and turned the situation around with her efficiency and helpfulness. Not only did she skillfully handle the situation by getting the old lock broken and replaced promptly, but she also demonstrated a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. Her ability to manage such issues with ease and professionalism was truly impressive. Moreover, Yvonne has been exceptionally accommodating in accepting deliveries on my behalf. This has been a huge help, given my busy schedule. Knowing that my deliveries are in safe hands and managed with care provides immense peace of mind.
