My experience with Life Storage (now Extra Space) has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service you receive is truly astounding. Christina is one of a kinda and even saying that is an understatement. I lost the keys to my unit and she went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get in my unit and unpack my U-Haul quickly. She knew that I was in a time crunch to get the truck returned so she worked quickly and I was back in my unit in no time. Christina thank you so much for your help and for the customer service you provide your people with. Even after this I forgot something and had to call her back after I left and she didn’t make me feel like I was a bother at all. This is customer service that’s hard to find. If you’re looking for a storage unit… LOOK NO FURTHER. The options they have here are amazing and give their competitors a run for their money. Especially with their pricing and promotions.
