I've had this storage building for a couple of years I ran late I lost my key. But once I communicated with Mr.Rich no problem he was empathetic to my needs and was super helpful and understanding. I finally got me a new home to move my stuff to I had a lot and Ms Sharon met me there removed my lock with a smile and great conversation. She also checked back with me before i left just to make sure I was OK. Amazing service amazing people old school customer service
