"Brand new storage facility with very personable staff members. We rented our storage space online and the process was quick and easy. Upon arrival to the storage space, they have two separate entrances and elevators in a climate controlled space. They have various sizes of storage space for your needs as well as dolly's to move your things effortlessly. Very clean and nice storage location!"

"I can start with say this is a nice new storage unit. Very clean and kept well floors and all. I like the fact that there are moving carts at every door. Customer service was good once I finally got a hold of them. I think once full staffed they be okay. I was told on Thursday that everything was all set for my Friday move in. So I hired movers and rented a uhaul for nothing because the day of move in the office was closed all day until 4 pm. I called all day Friday from 9 am until 5:15. Around 5:00 I had bright ideal contact the 800 support that’s when they told me they wouldn’t have anyone in office until 4:00 pm Friday until 6:00 pm. I ended up wasting almost $400 for paying movers and renting a uhaul because the unit was not open as told. Follow up process need to be a little better because I ended up coming in Saturday afternoon then on Sunday at 5:37 pm someone sent me a message saying sorry for late response."
