"So far so good. I loved the way you can reserve and pay for the storage room online. After I made my payment I was given the gate passcode and storage room number. Hen I arrived at the site it was clean and felt very safe even though I chose the one in the very back of the lot. I found my number and when I opened the door I found ,in a bag , a new cylinder lock with the keys and brochures about the place. I really like this place so far. I haven't spoke to anyone in the office yet so I don't know how friendly and hospitable they are but if anything like the wonderful ease of renting online then I will be very pleased."

"I've rented from the Commerce Road location in Morrow several times over a 12 year period. No matter what my needs were, Siobhan(site manager), has met or exceeded them. The site is always clean and my stored items have been pristinely kept. I appreciate Siobhan's expertise and professionalism. I have recommended friends and family to this location because of Siobhan. Recently, a new location was built a few miles away and due to my house selling before I could close on another one, I required storage rental again. Excited about the new location, I called several times but received no answer or call back.The 800 number couldn't give me any concrete information about the new locations grand opening, so I contacted Siobhan. She was happy to help. To my DISMAY I found out that Siobhan would not be managing the NEW priority=!=!=!! However that didn't stop her from contacting someone at the new property and made sure my needs were taken care of. Thank you Siobhan"
