I wanted to take this time to brag on Shanita at Life Storage Gresham Road in Marietta, GA. She was nice, polite, and she knew her stuff. I got there she walked a few units with me and helped me make my decision. I would definitely give her a 10/10. I’m extremely happy with my choice.

I did a reservation online and never got the phone call it stated I would. I decided to drop by and was assisted by Shanita. Luckily she was there to restore my faith because once I realize they could not find my reservation I was ready to walk away and go elsewhere Thank you to Shanita for a job well done. I recommend this location specifically because of her assistance.

Kendra N provided me with the best customer service! She explained everything and very kind and patient. I met her the day of my move in. Outstanding service! The previous day the lady that signed me up was absolutely terrible. It’s Friday at 5:15. She didn’t explain anything to me. Went to this location no one there on two occasions, left message and no call back. . Had to get corporate to have someone there to meet me.

I went to life storage this week and I was immediately greeted by Dee! Knowledgeable, friendly , eager to help and ready to assist I knew what I needed for space , but Dee added some great suggestions and I signed the lease right away. I do highly recommend this location Thank you
