"Nails , screws all over the place when you drive through this facilty. Picked up around 8 items that could puncture your tires yesterday and the same amount a couple of weeks ago. Reported this to manager Wanda first time and she said she would report it to management and make sure something was done about it. Did nothing and yesterday claimed to my face there was nothing in the driveway as if I was making it up. Truth being she did nothing about it and too lazy to follow up on complaint. I have been getting flats not knowing where they came from until now. Rarely see anyone in office during working hours and they keep raising the rent here. Hoping to find alternative to this facility that only cares about jacking prices up without consideration for customers."

She helped me out right when they were getting ready to close, didn’t make me feel bad, by cutting my lock off for me, with a power cutter! The bolt cutter I brought didn’t work. PS….DON’T show up with a bolt cutter lol. She was even super nice about that. She was so fast, understanding and helpful, kept me safe. Didn’t let me touch the hot lock which is of course something I would do. She even gave me a bandage because I cut myself trying to open the stupid packaging on my new lock before I got there. "This is the first storage unit I ever needed to rent.I called around to several places and they rushed me off the phone. When I called Life Storage Jennifer (at the front desk)was very patient in answering all my questions regarding size of the unit that would work best for my needs, the online process etc...When I arrived to secure the unit she took the time to walk me through the process and suggested some packing materials and boxes that were on sale instead of making another trip to Home Depot. "I have rented several times from them on Military and on Mercer and have referred them several of my clients.  For the month of October I paid on November 6th instead of October 29th the only time I was ever late and to thank me for my business they charged me a $40.00 penalty.  I have since emailed twice and have not received any answer as to the possibility of a refund for this rare late payment.  Further on December 8th I went to get my Christmas decoration when I discovered that my unit was infested by rats.  I contacted Brandon who came right away to meet me.  He offered to move me and call exterminators immediately.  I have called twice since and have not even received a call back except today to be told Brandon is not available until next Tuesday.  Needless to say I am not happy!"

"So great and helpful! I rented a 5x5 unit and thought it was big enough. I realized as we were trying to move items into the unit that it wasn't big enough. I was so relieved when I ran to the office and was quickly and easily upgraded to a larger unit within the same day I had checked into the smaller unit I had reserved. This was the first time I have ever rented a storage unit. Both the units were on special (free rent for feburary) and all of the life storage associates that I spoke to had welcoming, friendly attitudes. Life storage is amazing! UPDATE Had to rent a unit at this same location a year later, and the staff is still just as amazing as last time! Wanda helped me out a lot in trying to get my unit upgraded and was totally sweetheart."
