"It is not humidity controlled. We got our stuff out and found mold on shoes and chairs and bugs infesting boxes. We're still finding roaches, weavles, and silverfish because of boxes stored in there. When we first moved in our stuff into the unit we noticed the insulation on the ceiling was exposed, it was falling apart and appeared moldy. That should of been our warning. I will say that the customer service was good at least when signing up and leaving."
