"The staff is nice but when I signed up, I was told that auto pay was set up with the same card I used to pay my first months rent. Unfortunately, the auto pay duu is d not go through at that time and my next month was not drafted on time. This caused a late fee to be added to my account. After explaining the mishap with multiple store employees, they would only credit me half of my late fee. I tried using their online customer portal to make payments, it would not recognize my information and the staff is unable to help me set it up. This can only be resolved with the 800 customer service line…. Again, nice staff, but double check everything you sign up for to ensure this doesn’t happen to you."

"Our small business stored nearly $10,000 in furniture inventory in one of the 2 car garage bays. We just discovered that Rats have been running in and out of the unit from adjacent units. There is no seal between units , with that being said, do not store your items here if you care about them whatsoever. I will be contacting the media, bbb, and corporate to report the negligence and lack of pest control on this property. My wife and I own our small business together and this is going to set us back for a long time. We just had one of our customers ask for a refund of $1150 just today because of the musky odor from the furniture. Life Storage needs to make this right with KB Custom Creations or they will be hearing from our team of Attorneys."

Even though it was closing time on a Sunday, the store manager, called me to confirm I would be on the way and helped me quickly and efficiently so that I could empty the moving truck and return the truck in time. "Oh my God I'm so happy I just came in here. I looked at a bunch of places in town and this place is really nice and it's the most affordable. There's another location and it's double the price.... Plus the woman that set me up is so nice she made it so easy to get started. I spoke with Meydy on the phone and she was so sweet on the phone and told to just come look at the units to make sure I knew what I was getting. She hooked me up with exactly what I needed and I was ready to start unloading with in 30 minutes. I love the location and the security of the place is relieving. It's easy to pay too whether online or in person at any location. Meydy is beautiful too if that counts for anything = . I'm bringing my cousin here now because she pays more a few streets away. 5 stars!!!"

"Maybe my expectations were too high based on reviews. I was extremely disappointed with the in-store service. Heres the pros: My online signup was quick and easy. The prices and specials were at a great price 10 x10. I liked that doing information online saved me money. Cons: I was unaware insurance was required and extra. The "gentleman" that did my in-store service was extremely rude. First he made me wait outside in very high heat while he spoke with his friend. ( office was locked). Upon entering the office he stated he was filling in there so let's get it done. ( his personal phone kept ringing ) The unit was nice and clean that he showed me. He never showed me light switches or anything else. We did the paperwork and my son asked if he could have a welcome bag that was displayed. He stated that we didn't qualify as it was for online people. My son said we did do online. The gentleman then said stop trying to get stuff for free. It was odd. My son is special needs and was confused as I was. Due to the man's demeanor we left. The unit: as I said it was clean. My move in waa fine however there is one big issue. The door entrances don't have a slope and items on a hand cart must be lifted over the threshold. I wish I'd been told that as I have bad back issues and had to call for extra help. Based on the employee's attitude I would have picked another place."
