"Life Self Storage should be rebuilt including some kind new staff. You don't get your moneys worth. ITs like STALAG 13 or a dungeon with creaking noises. There's a sign that says FCC on the property. Theres lots of noise because of wires and cheap lighting. The rent is not cheap either. The building is old and run down with three old rust filled carts. Yuk. There is a black tar stench on the property because of the tar machines parked right near the gate.. Its the first smell when you get there. The warden manager won't do anything about it. There are loud humming noises from the cheap lighting inside the building and NO LIGHTS IN THE SPACES. The bathroom is locked all the time and you have to beg the manager to open the door. Going #1 and #2 is a bodily function as per GOD ALMIGHTY! The area is not that safe. There's a drive through liquor store next door."

"first I want to let u guys know I'm a auction bider I bought storage online its my business and I did win a bid on a unit at this location, now its painfull seeing a person seating on a chair making me wait over 20 min telling that I have to wait my turn because its another costumer there at the moment when the other person (costumer) its just not ready to make any deal & it wast just undeside at that moment, I do understand its like that when it comes to this business wait for our turn, now if u not doing anything and the costumer its not ready to make a rental deal and its calling others relatives to ask about prices and sizes of storages units, why I have to wait so long??? its so easy to take care other costumer like me when my time there should take only 5 minutes as I always do, got there pay sign receive and go, I told the girl (associate) who works there if she knows anything about costumer service and her answer wast yes costumer services its wait u turn, I said u can kill two birds with one stone and she just ignore me and tell me u most leave the office and premises or will call the police on me!!!! how rude its this person name Tatyana Callaway taken order from her manager name Mark Dodds at location 1799 W Atlantic Blvd Pompano Beach Fl 33069 facility #187 on the date of 03/19/2020 at 2:00 Pm, its a shame this company LifeStorage have a so incompetent employee seating on the office treating costumers how she did with me, I hope this company take action about this employee who can't be having rude and miss treat people who just pay her own salary, hope take care better her next job if she can make a better judge when it comes to talk to costumers, thanks"
