"Paying $200 for an ac unit but the ac has been out for over a month. This is very bad, no word from corporate for discount considering we’re not getting what we paid for. Front desk receptionist was very helpful at the time of move in but if she wasn’t I would give it one star."

"I’m now updating my review since it’s no longer Security Self Storage. Tried to make a payment today but it’s requiring me to make a new account, and to do that I need the code to get in. I don’t remember that because I moved in 3 years ago. Have tried calling ALL DAY but no one has answered the phones. And if I want to make a payment as a guest they want to charge an extra $4.95?!? My rate literally just went up an extra $30, I can only imagine what they’re going to start charging after the 60 days. I chose this place because it was close to home and cheap, probably won’t be staying much longer."
