"I cannot recommend LifeStorage enough! Life storage has been AMAZING since my initial interaction via phone while trying to price out local storage units in the area! Mike, the associate manager, went above and beyond to help me secure a unit that would be suitable for my needs. Although they were only technically able to hold it for a few days, Mike literally went in every three days to keep my unit on hold. Upon visiting Life Storage to physically secure my unit, I was astonished by the cleanliness and security of the location. Even the restrooms had me floored! Mike has provided phenomenal customer service through my entire moving process, taking away so much stress that goes along with moving."

"Incredible facility; and best service ever!!! We met Kellee the day before Hurricane Ian paid Florida a visit. We needed to protect some valuables in a storage facility before the weather deteriorated. Kellee was perhaps the most accommodating Customer Service/Manager of any storage facility we have ever used, and those are big words - we have been renting a storage unit for many, many years, as we are full-time RVers. Now we are in the process of "relocating" our stored goods from Dallas, TX to Heathrow, FL and Kellee once again came to our rescue. She literally pulled her magic and got us a cliimate control unit in a facility where they enjoy almost 100% occupancy year 'round! We are now bound for TX next week, and will be bringing our belongings to FL - thanks Kellee for pulling this miracle. Mike was also very instrumental in the actual closing of paperwork, and we are now officially tenants at the Heathrow LifeStorage facility. Fabulous facility and even better service!!! "This is a great location for storage! It is clean, well lite, has climate control units, secure with access codes to get in and out. Mike, the property manager, is very pleasant and friendly. We stored work stuff in our unit so we were there grabbing stuff most days. Mike was always either driving around the property making sure it was clean and secure or in the office if we had questions or needed to pop in to use the bathroom."

"I did not end up renting the unit that I reserved because I needed a bigger unit, but I had registered the reservation in my boyfriend's name and put my phone number. The customer service voice mail I received was excellent because they explained that my number had been left for the reservation and were very concerned if it was a wrong number. I appreciate great customer service from people who care about a quality experience."

Since the location was purchased by Life Storage, however...I've had my rate increase twice and there are now hefty late fees for even being just 5 days late on a payment. I intend to find another storage location ASAP. My little 10x5 climate controlled unit is now costing me close to $150/mo."
