I’ve been with this storage facility for several years and Joann & Veronica have been the only too that go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! They are always very thorough, friendly, upbeat. I only ask for those 2 ladies whenever I call! With the lack of customer service received in different business I can always count on these two ladies to demonstrate what customer service should or used to be like! Wonderful people

Hey Jacksonville ??, if you ever need a storage "room", I highly recommend that you check out this place on Old Sunbeam RD. called LIFESTORAGE! The lady that runs it, her name is Joanne. She is the ?? best, so friendly, knowledgeable, and she made renting my 1st storage unit a breeze! Always smiling, you can tell she really loves her job! Businesses need more folks just like her. Did I mention, their prices are the best, at least in my surroundings area, and trust me I looked at at least 7-8 other storage companies. Give Joanne a "ring", you won't be sorry! No muss or fuss reserved my unit online and drop by the facility to pick up the lock. Took about 10 minutes same day and I was "in like flint ". Joanne was very nice and provide multiple deals for storage based on my needs. Pound per pound I got the best deal in town!
