I had the pleasure of working with both Eddie and Savannah for my initial unit set up and let me tell you, I could not have worked with more patient, helpful and informative employees, not to mention friendly and respectful. I recently had my storage unit (with a different company) broken into and many of my items were stolen. After this experience, and the former company's severe lack of concern for security, I was definitely hesitant to even use a different company. Eddie and Savannah answered every single security question and concern with confidence and the utmost care. I know that anything can happen still, but I feel must for confident knowing I'm now storing my items with a company that go actually values their clients and security.

Want to give a big “shout out” to the Life Storage location #8486 (off Leetsdale behind Target). Facility is very clean and up to date. Even better, the staff are amazing. They saw my daughter and I struggling getting a desk into my car and came to our aid. Really appreciated their concern and helpfulness!!

Eddie is extremely professional, pleasant, kind, and goes out of his way to be helpful. In addition he keeps the facility very clean, secure and organized --better than it was before he started. In the 4+ years I have been a customer here, Eddie is far and away the best manager of this facility. Savannah just came on board, and is also helpful and friendly. A concern is that my storage unit rental price has increased dramatically since 2019, by over 30%.
