Jeff was SO professional and SO kind. He was very transparent about everything and even gave me a nice scenic tour of the storage facility! Overall he made a pleasant experience and a stress-free, hassle-free sign-up process to get a storage unit. We Sold our house in 5 days, closing day coming up quick! What a seamless way to reserve, rent and store your belongings! I did everything online. No need to even walk into the office. I am so glad I did though. I didn't have time to read through my emails and I was met with a smile and ways to make my life even easier during a stressful time! I was informed that my lock and keys were left inside my unit and that they have an app so I can just use it to get through the gate! Amazing!! No more searching through my phone to find where I put my gate code. The App is user friendly!

Site manager Jeff was amazing. From the moment my daughter and I met him, we knew we were at the right place to store all of our belongings. He was very welcoming and showed us around.
