A few "A" Hole customers though, not returning carts to the elevator area, for others to use or not sending them back down, via elevator, to the main floor, as a courtesy. People really suck these days, mostly middle aged white and younger Hispanic males which are the selfish self entitled douchbag moronic clients that I have seen there so far. Most people are actually pretty friendly and motivated! Per pressure all slackers to do right and help to return the area back to a neighborhood setting, instead of a closed off, dark, unfriendly, dismissive front window. People just have no common courtesy anymore, sadly, this is how the country will fail, cause everyone is watching their fantasy life, instead of watching the lying, cheating, the middle class robbing, double , triple, quadruple tax hiking political ruling class quacks! "My experience with life storage in Capistrano beach (on camino Capistrano) has been nothing. Short of amazing! The last few times I have been there, I would deal with a great kid, named Travis, who was so kind and helpful. We had some great conversations where he told me about some Wonderful conversations where he would tell me about some local places to go to, as I was new to Orange County. My most recent experience was with a beautiful soul named Suzanne. Me being the slight airhead I am, I forgot a few details and missed a payment.Suzanne was so extremely kind as well as extremely helpful. To be honest, I was worried about a little bit of judgment, but there was zero of that. We laughed, figured out a game plan, and she helped me on my way. I have had two storage units at lifetime for the last six months at least and in that time each employee that I have encountered has just been so great! When I first got my units, I was impressed with how clean they were, and how easy it was to access them. I definitely will be sticking with life storage while I’m in Orange County. "I was looking for a storage facility that met my specific needs. I came across Life Storage while on my way to Costco in Capo Beach, and walked in for a tour. The Manager, Travis, was extremely welcoming and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. While I wasn’t able to find something that met my unique size requirement, Travis was extremely helpful and maintains a very well-run, extremely clean facility. I plan to re-assess my needs and will definitely be back. Five stars were not enough! Customer service was impeccable - best i’ve ever seen!"

I rented two units for amazing prices, great location, and easy access. Not only that but the elevators are large and easy to run. The icing on the cake was the opportunity to use the dollies, free of charge. I was able to leave a key at the front for the other person on my account too!
