Once agaiin, great customer service from Maria. We appreciate her taking that extra step. Maria is awesome. Great people working there. The grounds are well kept up, a clean. The only problem with life storage is their pricing software which won’t allow the employees to be decision makers. Supply and demand , competition , and great customer service need to be bundled. Life storage is expensive and it’s ok by them.

I have had a 10x10 storage unit since May 2018 and have wanted to downsize each year when I get back to AZ. I finally did it this past week. Maria was so helpful in getting me a smaller (5x10) unit with easy access to make the migration of my belongings easier. Thanks Maria!

Life Storage on Black Mtn Hwy is clean, temperature controlled, safe and units are easily accessible. The rolling carts are plentiful and super handy. The staff is friendly and helpful.
