From beginning to the end; this was a pleasant experience. Seth stayed in touch with me from before my move in and during. The facility was clean; and nice. After my move out; I was sent a thank you note. I would def recommend this clean facility.

We have rented from this facility for over nine years and observed changes in ownership. At the current time, this facility is managed by Seth Carden. We have seen many improvements since he came on board. As a result of his hard work and efforts, the place is cleaner and things are getting repaired. Recently, I was working in one of my units, when my key broke off in the paddle lock. This caused me great frustration since my purse and car keys were locked inside. Seth jumped into action and promptly cut the lock off, allowing me access once again to my unit. The entire time he did it, he was very pleasant and professional. Seth’s customer service is always amazing, especially in today’s world! I believe he is a huge asset for Life Storage. I hope they know how lucky they are to have him and appreciate him as much as his clients do.
