The management and cleanliness of this place on 32 street and Shea is remarkable. Every time I visit it, Karen, the manager, is cleaning and greeting those arriving.... Karen is a professional as well as friendly. She made it very easy for me to obtain a storage unit of my interest.

We’ve stored here for 6 years. We needed a bit more space to get ready for a move. Karen in the office was awesome to work with. She is cheerful, positive, and listened to what we needed to store. She guided us to a unit that was just right. She didn’t steer us to a size that would be overkill. Plus she studied the map to put the two units together as close as possible so it would be easy on us to move items around. Overall the place is clean and cool. Each time we’ve come to move items in, we’ve seen her cleaning the elevators and other areas. Btw, the bathrooms are always spotless.

Karen is literally the best person ever. She was able to walk us through the whole process and answered all the questions we had.
