I went to Life Storage and it was amazing! Kourtnei was super helpful and nice. She made sure I understood everything and made me feel really comfortable. The place was really clean, way better than others nearby. I totally recommend Life Storage because they're awesome, especially Kourtnei!

10/10 Customer service! The employees Kevin and Kourtnei were able to help me with every step of the way. Recently my Great grandfather passed away and he served in WW2. We were able to preserve all of his belongings in a space. The employees helped me the entire time. Not only were they patient with me, but also gave me their opinions as to which space I should choose. 10/10 customer service once again and I will be recommending this place to all my clients. If I could give this place a 11/10, I would!

I have been with Life Storage for over a year now here at the 20th St. location. It’s always been a nice clean facility with convenient hours. As of now it’s still clean and convenient, the only difference now is there staff has been upgraded to 5 star C.S.S. “ Customer Service Satisfaction “ Now you’ll get all the amenities that’s offered and a staff that’s wants what’s best for your storage needs and budget. It’s more important for them to make sure your locker is the right size, style and temperature rather than them maxing your budget. Kevin up front is a customer service rock star. Not sure if he’s the manager but he should be. Definitely give them a shot next time your in need of a unit. Cheers
