I have been using my storage unit for a number of years and was pleased with the previous owners and was frankly concerned when I heard that a new company was buying out the storage facility. To my surprise US Storage took ownership and immediately started making repairs, enhanced the security and brought in a fabulous staff. Stephanie, the new manager was quick to introduce herself and she is fantastic! I am soo sooo pleased with how helpful the office staff is. They are prompt to resolve issues and actually have a heart. I have recommended this facility to neighbors and will continue to recommend them as THE BEST storage facility in Mesa!!!
